About
Tracy Kasper (AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRES, ABR, SFR®) is the broker-owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty in the Boise, Idaho area. She is also a majority owner in two other Idaho companies—BHHS Sun Valley Properties and BHHS Silverhawk Realty East Idaho. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, she continues to list and sell property in addition to her duties as designated broker. Her leadership journey includes serving as president of her local (2001) and state (2016) associations, and most recently as the former President of the National Association of REALTORS® (2023). A recognized leader, she was named REALTOR® of the Year by two local associations and the Idaho Realtors® in 2016. Tracy has contributed to her community as a longtime member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, including Chairman of the Board in 2009, helped raise over $800,000 for youth charities, and is a former Honorary Commander for the Idaho Air National Guard in Boise.
