About
Tracy Kasper is the owner and Idaho Designated Broker. With 30 years in the industry (24 years licensed), she has experience in several areas of real estate with an emphasis in new construction and development properties. and has spent her career as a Top Producer and has been very involved in her community as well as her industry. Tracy was honored as Idaho REALTOR® of the Year for the Idaho REALTORS® in 2016, where she also served as President. In 2018-2021 she served as one of two National Directors for the Idaho REALTORS®. She had been appointed to serve for the National Association of REALTORS® as the Vice President of Advocacy in 2019. Tracy recently won her bid for First Vice President of the National Association of Realtors® in 2022 and will serve as the NAR President in 2024. Tracy has helped raise more than $500,000 for children's charities in her community. She served a two-year commitment (2016-2018) as an Honorary Commander for the Idaho Air National Guard.
