The 39th annual "Paint the Town" was a huge success! With over 350 volunteers, this program was able to paint 25 homes. These homeowners, OUR NEIGHBORS, truly deserve a fresh coat of paint and much more! Our brokerage has volunteered for many years with this program. Our agents and staff had an incredible experience again this year and a moment they won't forget. KTVB & NeighborWorks® Boise showed up to capture our homeowner seeing her freshly painted home for the first time. Our team went above and beyond painting by adding new pavers, fixing stairs, new lights and more to make it an enjoyable outside experience! KETCHUM, IDAHO, 11-22-2019 – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices today announced the opening of a new office in the Sun Valley area, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sun Valley Properties. The Ketchum-based office will operate as a partner company of Caldwell’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty, owned by Tracy Kasper. The announcement was made Thursday by Kasper and Sun Valley co-owners John Sofro and Pam Rheinschild.
