Sam has been in Real Estate for 19 years during which he has been a Top Producer every year. Sam has been in the top 0.5% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents in the United States since 2018. Sam is the Manager/Chief Operating Officer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty. He has furthered his education by obtaining his (GRI) Graduate of the Real Estate Institute certificate and completing all of my Broker classes. Sam specializes in residential, new construction, and land development.
Sam is an Idaho native. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, spending time in the
outdoors, but most of all spending time with his wife, Ronni. Sam and Ronni have two sons,
Josh who has graduated from BSU with a BA in Business, and Jacob who has earned a BA in Business from Boise State.
