I initially chose Silverhawk because of the reputation of the company and of Tracy.  When I started, I was making a complete career change, and I wanted to be in a place that offered support, training, and a chance to work with and learn from the best.  That is exactly what I found at Silverhawk. While here, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge and increase my skills as both a listing and a selling agent.  The culture is one of support and camaraderie.  Agents are willing to help each other rather than fiercely competing.  If I have a question about a file or just need to bounce ideas off someone, I have a number of people that I can turn to for an honest opinion or advice.  All of this has helped me to become a FOREVER agent. 

When I hung my license with Silverhawk Realty I was looking for a company that had some energy, useful education, motivation and involvement from administration and leadership. What I found was exactly that and more. The comradery amongst this team of powerful Realtors is unlike anything I have ever experienced. "Comradery is a spirit of friendship and community between two people or a group of people. The members of the group are comfortable around each other, and they support each other."  This definition is spot on for Silverhawk. The relationships I have built at Silverhawk have made me who I am as a realtor today. The education and backend support are limitless and have helped me create a flourishing business that I never expected of myself, and it continues to grow because of the people that are Silverhawk Realty.  From the administration to agents in our office, there's always someone ready to help if you have questions or looking for confirmation of a situation you are working on. You know that good feeling when you are where you are supposed to be? That's Silverhawk for me. I'm home.
